Connect Firebase first
The portal needs your Firebase project. Open firebase-config.js and paste your
project's config, then in the Firebase console:
- Enable Authentication → Email/Password, and add yourself as a user (Users → Add user).
- Enable Firestore and Storage, with the security rules from the top of
firebase-init.js.
